We Do Training wants to support future leaders in the world of work in making the workplace a safer and more enjoyable one. We believe that this goal is possible with the help of the next generation of individuals and want to help these people implement better, safer and improved practices at work.

To do this we are creating a special scholarship contest to encourage this mindset and create cultures of health and safety in the workplace.

Each year, the We Do Training Scholarship will provide students with a scholarship if they can think outside the box and showcase the best possible ways to bring a safer workplace to the real world.

Our contest requires you to create a 3-5 minute video or a 500 word blog post on how you believe you can help shape the world of work and make it a safer and better place. We want you to touch on the reasons you believe that training is a vital element of this sort of success. . We also want to know what motivates you and why you wish to strive for greatness. Real world examples will be considered highly.

The winner will receive $1000 to put towards higher education.
