CITB Training Courses
Founded in 1964, the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) was created in order to ensure that the UK's construction industry has the skills necessary in order to fulfil the construction needs of the nation - both now and in the future. It does this by collecting a levy from eligible construction businesses and then re-investing these funds in training.
The CITB's Site Safety Plus Scheme provides the building, civil engineering and associated sectors with an orderly structure for training and career development.
Courses are designed to suit people at all stages of their construction career - whether you're just starting out in labouring or already regularly overseeing the work of others - the CITB training scheme can help keep you and your colleague's safe whatever your role on site.
